Comfort:
Comfort is related to material and production process. For example, combed cotton socks are more comfortable than ordinary cotton. Materials with high permeability are more comfortable than those with poor permeability
Sock head:
Try to choose the products with hand-seam head, which is smooth and comfortable without vomiting.
Socks come down from the machine with openings, like sleeves, and then need to be sewed, that is, sew the open end together into a pocket, and the prototype of socks will come. Then go to the shaping, which is equivalent to ironing, and use the special sock board and shaping machine to flatten the socks. The finished product is then packaged for sale.
There are generally two methods for sewing head:
Machine sewing: machine sewing is fast. It can sew socks automatically after inserting them like a sewing machine. The output is high, but the stitched socks will have a rib like bulge, and the toe position on the foot will hurt the foot. Although the new “imitation eye stitching” process can also sew thin, it is different from manual eye stitching.
Stitching head: It is a traditional method. It is purely manual, and the speed is relatively slow. It also has high requirements for employees, and the natural cost will be much higher. It is required to manually align each stitch on the seam head, pull off the redundant thread head, and no trace will be seen after stitching, so it is comfortable and comfortable to wear
Sock label:
Generally, the ingredients of socks with national standard commodity bar codes will not be falsely labeled or disorderly labeled. If this is found, it will be fined. If a pair of socks does not even have the ingredients and bar codes, you should be careful.
